Pearl Plastic Surgery Pte. Ltd. (Pearl Plastic Surgery, Laser & Scar Clinic) (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website, www.pearlplasticsurgery.com.sg (English, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia), in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

It covers website visitors and anyone who contacts us through the website, including our enquiry forms, email links and WhatsApp button.

2. What we collect through the website

  • Contact details such as your name, phone number and email address, when you submit an enquiry form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Your enquiry, meaning what you write about your concerns or the treatment you are interested in.
  • Website usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you found our site, when you browse the site (see section 6).

3. How we use it

We use your personal data to respond to your enquiries, arrange and provide our services, keep in touch with you about your enquiry, run and improve our website and communications, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we will not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.

By contacting us through our website, you agree to us using your details as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (section 7).

WhatsApp. If you contact us through the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp (Meta) also processes your messages under its own privacy policy.

Other websites. Our pages link to other websites, such as media articles and maps. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
